About Our Company
The Arthur N. Ulrich Company is a manufacturer's
representative agency specializing in high integrity products
related to AC and DC power generation, control, conversion and
conditioning. The company was founded in 1958, by Art
Ulrich, Sr., and today is a third generation family-owned and
operated business. Over the past 50 years the company has
grown from one employee in a rented storage room in downtown
Columbus, OH, to a multi-person, multi-million dollar sales
agency with a custom office building and sophisticated selling
and customer support systems. Throughout its history the
company has been active in the introduction of many new types
and designs of batteries, battery chargers, battery testers,
uninterruptible power systems and power control systems.
The company has also been instrumental for many of its
principals by pioneering new territories and markets with
limited or zero sales prior to representation.
Facilities & Capabilities:
Office:

The
Palmer Rd. Office is a custom designed facility located just 18
miles east of downtown Columbus, OH.
In the spring of 2002, a new high-bay warehouse was built to
accommodate more value added products and service capabilities
to our customers and principals. The facility provides
convenient access to Interstate 70 (office is located
approximately 1 mile south of I-70 on St. Route 310) and to Port
Columbus International Airport. All major metropolitan
areas covered by our sales engineers are within a 3
½ hour drive of our office. The
office is staffed by sales personnel at all times during regular
business hours ensuring that instant personal assistance is
always readily available.
Power Technology Center:

In
2006, the Arthur N. Ulrich Company created a "live
demonstration" power technology center for training,
customer education and product promotion events. The
center is equipped with several of the latest products that the
Arthur N. Ulrich Company and its principals have to offer.
The center includes a conference and training room that is often
utilized for training sessions such as lunch-and-learns for
engineers, salespeople, field personnel and customers.
